hard as blood clotted as i observed on my palms..donno whether it is allergy r nt but so annoying to me that whenevr i touch a cold object r even cold breeze blowing on me. i observe this kinda reaction with my skin especially in winter season more. if i touch cold water my fingers, palm r toes anywhere on body becomes becomes red(start redenning n itchy inside not on top sode of skin) and numb too.. sometimes rashes also but not everytime. is this due to any deficiency of vitamins r lyk that??

My doctor has told me to be on the lookout for shingles as I've had body aches, fever and an outbreak of cold sores on and off for the past month. I've been seeing these tiny white rashes on my right forearm. I'm not sure if they are dry skin or the effect of waxing (never saw that effect before) but they are tiny little dots on the skin that are round and have a visible outline. And they have definitely spread up and down the arm since 2 days ago. They look sort of like tiny o's. I remember chicken pox started like this. Is this shingles or just dry skin or something?
